Itinerary

Amazing trip for coffee lovers and people looking for different places to enjoy. Meet the coffee region of Colombia, do paragliding over the Andean Mountains, build your own Chocolate bar for your relates, and much more!

Day 1

Day 1

Arrival in Colombia. Meet your tour guide and switch yourself right away into a coffee citizen. While heading to your resting place, have your first round tasting typical handy-craft Colombian candies and hear about their production. Get some rest in a beautiful hotel to fully charge energies for the next day.

Day 2

Day 2

Let’s get started meeting Salento, one of the small towns where Disney’s latest movie, Encanto, was inspired. Hike easy the Cocora Valley and discover the up to 70 meters Colombian national tree. Return to Salento town to try some of the fabulous Colombian food for lunch like Patacón (Green plantain), Bandeja paisa, or Trucha al ajillo (Trout with garlic), and hear about national symbols like the Jeepao (favourite wheeled friend) and traditional clothing. Back at the hotel, you will either stay relax and have dinner right there or have some suggestions for dinner outside.

Day 3

Day 3

The journey starts visiting the home of Saxonville Mills coffee and living how our farmers make the process real from the seed to the cup! Then, enjoy a Sancocho for lunch and walk around Apía, Risaralda, the small town where Saxonville Mills Café was drawn. Take pictures, relax yourself and get ready to breath natural fresh air OVER the clouds while flying a paraglider. At this point you’ll be done for the day even though you’ll get some ideas for exploring hotel surroundings by yourself.

Day 4

Day 4

Let’s have a short break of natural visits and City/Walking tour along Pereira, Risaralda to take a look at how residents live, how their primary manners are and how the central park looks like. Next step, Santa Rosa de Cabal town, where you will splash yourself in therapeutic bathing in natural hot spring water that will make you feel relaxed and healthy. During this activity you'll have the opportunity to taste the most famous chorizo (kind of fashion sausage) in Colombia!

Day 5

Day 5

As not all in Colombia is about coffee this day you will walk around Cacao crops, learn about its transformation, and later become the main character on this process by creating your own customized handy-craft chocolate bar. While your masterpiece is cooling in the freezer, you will have a special lunch based on Cacao. Finally, discover several tropical fruits like Carambolo or Guayaba that are usually harvested near other crops thanks to Colombian topography and tropical climate. Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to complete your checklist by walking around the nightlife sector of Pereira and enjoy the perfect weather to chill out.

Day 6
